Delete your data

The public website does not create user accounts or a customer library. Portrait requests are retained in Qomza's private operational archive, and you can contact us about access or deletion.

Current website data

There is currently no account record to delete. Qomza retains complete portrait requests, including input and output images and related operational records, without an automatic expiration date. Cloudflare may also retain platform and security logs.

Portrait request records

Email hello@qomza.com with the request ID shown beside the portrait and its approximate creation time. This helps us locate the relevant operational record. We may need to verify your request before acting.

Future app accounts

Before accounts launch, this page will include the in app deletion path and a web request path that does not require reinstalling the app.

Request timing

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete them within the period required where you live. We will tell you if verification or a lawful retention obligation affects the request.
